SHIPPING POLICY

We are processing a high volume of orders and take a high level of care with preparing and packaging each order.

•All raw bundle orders have a 5-10 business day processing period to prepare your order BEFORE shipping .

•Orders will not be processed over the weekend and during national holidays.

•After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

•Shipping takes between 2-5 business days

•Please make sure to place your order in enough time to receive your package if needed by a specific date as we are only able to expedite shipping, NOT our processing time.

•After package had been handed over to USPS we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you experience any of these issues please contact your local USPS office.

•Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address per your entry. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

•Elle Xtensions does not offer returns/exchanges so please make sure you are ordering the correct items and double check your cart.

•International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery.
